1. Reservations and Payments

Booking Confirmation: Reservations at Dharti Dhora Ri Resort are confirmed upon receipt of a valid credit card or full payment.
Deposits: A deposit of 20% of the total booking value is required at the time of reservation. The remaining balance must be settled no later than 56 days prior to arrival. For bookings made within 56 days of arrival, full payment is due immediately.
Cancellations: Cancellations made more than 56 days before arrival will forfeit the deposit. Cancellations within 56 days of arrival will incur a charge of 100% of the total booking value. We recommend securing travel insurance to cover unforeseen cancellations.

Guests are required to present valid identification (passport, national ID, or driver's license) upon check-in.

4. Occupancy

Room Capacity: Each room type has a maximum occupancy limit. Exceeding this limit may result in additional charges or refusal of accommodation.

5. Conduct and Behavior

Guests are expected to conduct themselves respectfully. The resort reserves the right to refuse service or terminate the stay of any guest causing disturbance or engaging in inappropriate behavior.

6. Liability

The resort is not liable for loss or damage to personal belongings. Guests are advised to use in-room safes and secure their valuables.

7. Use of Facilities

Guests are expected to use resort facilities responsibly. Any damage caused may result in additional charges.

9. Smoking Policy

Smoking is prohibited in all indoor areas. Designated smoking areas are available.

10. Privacy Policy

Personal information collected during the booking process is used solely for reservation and service purposes and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
